Vasanti Aruva is a NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association) certified Ayurvedic Doctor. She began her education at Mount Madonna Institute College of Ayurveda where she received her Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor diploma.

Her growing passion for Ayurveda drove her to pursue her Classical Ayurvedic Training (4000+ hours) at Shubham Ayurveda in Fremont, California. Here, she was fortunate enough to learn classical Ayurveda from the great Ayurvedic texts (Vagbhata, Charak, and Suhruth), as well as learned traditional Ayurvedic therapies including Panchakarma and various traditional Ayurvedic procedures in the clinical set-up in India.
