Vasanti Aruva is a NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association) certified Ayurvedic Doctor. She began her education at Mount Madonna Institute College of Ayurveda, where she received her Ayurvedic Lifestyle Counselor diploma. Her growing passion for Ayurveda drove her to pursue her Classical Ayurvedic Training (4000+ hours) at Shubham Ayurveda in Fremont, California.
Here, she was fortunate enough to learn classical Ayurveda from the great Ayurvedic texts (Vagbhata, Charak, and Suhruth), as well as learned traditional Ayurvedic therapies including Panchakarma and various traditional Ayurvedic procedures in the clinical set-up in India. She was blessed with the opportunity to work with a vastly experienced vaidya, Vd. Yashashree Mannur. She gained an immense amount of knowledge from her time with Vd. Yash, as she got a great deal of exposure and experience with clients.
Recognizing the benefits of body therapies, she wanted to create a unique style of service that incorporated body work into ayurveda. In order to fulfill this, she furthered her education by accomplishing 500 hours at the Mckinnon Body Therapy Center, and became a licensed therapist. After years of hard work, she has successfully created a unique style of services that greatly benefits the clients.
